Virtual

This illustration was created to complement, envision, and encapsulate a sci-fi fantasy play about virtual reality written by my father. Herein, we find the story’s protagonist using said technology to escape and elevate himself above of his real-life encumbrances. In back and beyond, a falcon flies to greet and buoy his liberation as a matter of identity metaphor, and nature. The notable absence of footprints on the shore infers and affirms the notion that his wheelchair hardly comprised an obstacle in light of his inextinguishable will and mind as a free spirit, within or without the context of the real world.
