Concept developed as a background image for an oil trading platform login screen. The image features stylized Japanese candlesticks so common to charts of the same name so common to the experience of commodity traders and exchanges. The upward trend of the objects (and their position alongside the wing of a passenger jet) is/was intended to purvey the attitude (or perhaps “altitude”) of a bullish market and thus, imbue the concept (and those using the software) with a greater feeling of confidence and positivity.
