Action for Reform of Residential Care BC

Created for a patient care advocacy group, the overall intention of the logo is to purvey the themes of wellness, protection, optimism, progress, and individuality by way of an a icon forged from one continuous line symbolizing a unified path towards and between these principles in the form of what could be perceived as an umbrella, rainbow, tree, and/or a fingerprint. The graphic also features a quasi-subliminal letter “C” (for “care”) as formed by the handle of the umbrella icon. Finally, teal was used as a primary colour for the icon as an homage of sorts to the perennially green forests of the group’s home province and the concept of growth and vitality.
